Shipping policy

The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (3–5 business days), Expedite (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Expedite due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Standard Ground:
Shipped orders should arrive in 3 – 5 business days depending on delivery location.

Expedited:
Expedited shipping is only available on select products. Expedited orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 am IST on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am IST will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid address (with PIN & Mobile no.). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.

In case of any incorrect or false information provided by the customer, the shipping and return charges will have to be borne by the customer.
