ARTSTATION is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays, to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time; we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. All Orders Booked before 14.00 Hours is expected to be shipped on the same business day. Orders booked after that will be shipped on next working day. Orders booked between (Saturdays 13.00 Hours to Monday 14.00 Hours) will be shipped on Monday.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive? Most of the orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days. Bulky and Hazardous Products cannot be shipped by Air and will be sent by Surface Transport (Spoton Cargo Service) which includes but not restricted to Aerosol Products, Canvas Rolls, Liquids, Large Sized Papers, etc. and will have a transit time of 6-7 days depending on the location. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We require complete address with phone number to ship the goods. No dispatches will be made without a valid phone number. We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.
- What if I received the product in damaged condition? If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 8097727004 or email us at help@artstationindia.com ; mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back
- What if the product I ordered is Out of Stock? All efforts will be made that your orders are supplied in full. However, sometimes it does happen that some products which you order are out of stock. In that case we will contact you by phone or email so that you can choose another product if you wish. If the substitution is not possible, we will ship the remaining goods. If we have received the payment in excess, we will refund the amount to your account.
- What are the shipping charges? We provide free shipping within Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane on all products if your total order amount is more than Rs. 500/-. For any order below Rs. 500/-, we charge a flat Rs.50 as shipping charges.
- How do I check the status of my order? Find the most updated status of your order through the Track your order page!
- Do I have to register for an artstationindia.com account to place an online order? No. You have the option to check out as a guest; creating an account is optional. Signing up for a artstationindia.com account is a convenient way to keep track of your order history, and favourite products. An Art Station account is required to link any Rewards information online.
- Why was my order cancelled? Orders may be cancelled due to product availability or because we are unable to successfully process the payment. For store pickup or curbside orders, the order may also be cancelled if it isn’t picked up within 5 business days.
- Do you refund shipping charges for returns? We offer refunds on shipping charges for damaged or lost shipments. You may start your return in your Order History page. If you have not yet created an account, you can track your order on the Track My Order page, create your new account, and then start your return. View our full Return Policy. (link)
- Can I change the shipping location on my order? No. We are not able to edit the shipping address on completed orders.
- Can I cancel my order? If yes, what are the cancellation policies. You can cancel your order with 24 hours of the order placed, after 24 hours the order gets processed for the dispatch. You can contact our customer care for further assistance.

- How do I join Art Station as an Artist to conduct Workshops? Please send u your profile and details about the workshops which you wish to conduct at our studios, kindly support the same with some past workshop images for better understanding.
