Most of the orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days. Bulky and Hazardous Products cannot be shipped by Air and will be sent by Surface Transport (Spoton Cargo Service) which includes but not restricted to Aerosol Products, Canvas Rolls, Liquids, Large Sized Papers, etc. and will have a transit time of 6-7 days depending on the location. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We require complete address with phone number to ship the goods. No dispatches will be made without a valid phone number. We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back

All efforts will be made that your orders are supplied in full. However, sometimes it does happen that some products which you order are out of stock. In that case we will contact you by phone or email so that you can choose another product if you wish. If the substitution is not possible, we will ship the remaining goods. If we have received the payment in excess, we will refund the amount to your account.

We provide free shipping within Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane on all products if your total order amount is more than Rs. 500/-. For any order below Rs. 500/-, we charge a flat Rs.50 as shipping charges.
