Exchange or Return of items from an order will be subject to the delivery and return charges. If you have availed free shipping, both delivery and return charges will be applicable on exchange and return by the customer.
Store pickup items can be returned to any Art Station store. Please bring your invoice with the items that you want to return. For shipped orders, you have the option to either return to your local store or ship the items back.
All our “Paper, Boards& Canvas” category products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange unless you have received it in a poor/damaged condition.
Items purchased from SALE will not be exchanged or returned.
Damaged/ Defective Items : If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or it is damaged, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging. Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with below mentioned details.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and original packaging are intact.
